2nd Update: They exposed in this film, that during the time of Martin Luther King, and shortly afterwards, there were plans to intern 21 million blacks in this country. I would suggest watching it online if you are able to do so. I also added some more comments below, but I wanted this tidbit above to stand out.
Update: Well I watched the film last night, except for a couple spots I dozed off for a bit. It was excellent, and FIRM as was the director of the film who was indeed present. I got a bit confused, I think he was introduced also as a big wig with KBDI, and if so, then KBDI had a role in making the film, but I was left confused on that.
In the early portion of the film it showed exactly how the United States did this with the Japanese during WW2 for people that don't think this can happen in the US of A. It showed much of the material we have seen on the net, had a lot of imput from Alex Jones, and others. It was well done, got the points across without being fear ridden. The staff of KBDI I felt did excellent encouragement around this topic for their viewers.
Included in the coverage were those portable prison units that people have seen being carried on trains. There is excellent coverage of the long history of FEMA. It also covered the temporary prisons that have been created for protestors at the national conventions in election years, including the DNC here in Denver. It also pointed out, how the government is creating special protest areas where people can protest "legally" but out of site of others, and this was also somewhat the case here in Denver.
Comments from readers were read, as this was a fund raising event with the phones ringing. They started ringing slow, but picked up a lot as the film and presentations by PBS staff, the director and others continued. Most comments were supportive, a few were not.
If you missed it, the rebroadcast dates are below in the original post.
Also, that the person I covered before on this site, they tried to murder by heart attack, Michael Badneric was in the film. The people answering the phone were local members, of "Restore the Republic."

For those readers of AbundantHope residing in the metro Denver area with access to KBDI, can view this movie beginning March 6, 2010. I love KBDI, because they go further than the older PBS station here with controversial material. They have run two excellent series on 911, the 2nd one, in greater depth after the success of the first. There have been other controversial presentations also, plus the Aaron Russo's film. -Candace

Denver, Co, February 26, 2010 - Denver's PBS station, KBDI, is not shy when it comes to informative programming. And just to prove it, Denver-area viewers are in for a shock as KBDI gets ready to host the first mainstream television debut of Camp FEMA. The film will air on Saturday, March 6, 2010, at 8:30 pm. Producer Gary Franchi will be live in the studio for this much-anticipated debut.
Franchi was thrilled. "Overjoyed is an understatement! Having Camp FEMA broadcast on PBS is truly a milestone for our entire movement," Franchi stated from his studio just north of Barak Obama's stomping grounds, Chicago, IL, "millions of people will now be exposed to the harsh reality that 'Camp FEMA' reveals, not just about internment camps in America but about the mentality of the leadership who no longer views the Constitution as their guiding document."
"We are thrilled to be working with KBDI again, and are honored that they chose to air Camp FEMA along with America: Freedom to Fascism," says Lewis, who enjoys the fact that KBDI, while being a public television channel, is not afraid to shake things up by airing controversial programming for their viewers.
The extremely informative, yet highly controversial, film has caused quite an uproar among freedom loving, grass roots organizations and those fed up with two-party politics across the United States. Franchi and director William Lewis expose for their audience the legislation being used to authorize FEMA camps, define what an internment camp is as well as whether or not American citizens have been housed in them before, reveal who the "new terrorists" are and much more. The guests are a veritable Who's Who among truth-seeking United States citizens.
"KBDI deserves all the support we can give them for getting this crucial information on the broadcast airwaves," Franchi says of KBDI. Viewers in the Denver area will have three opportunities to catch Camp FEMA. For those who miss the March 6th presentation, it will be rebroadcast on March 7th at 1:30 am and again on March 13th at 9 pm. Camp FEMA is available on DVD and can be seen online at http://CampFEMA.com
This is a summary at http://CampFEMA.com where you can also purchase the film, and apparently it may also be online to view.-C
CAMP FEMA: AMERICAN LOCKDOWN
Recent legislation attempting to legitimize the use of internment camps to detain U.S. citizens in the event of an uprising or civil unrest has many people asking what nation they live in.
In a country born out of political dissent, we watch our leaders in Washington slowly pass bills that label ordinary Americans as thought criminals and potential domestic terrorists for simply questioning the actions of their government. We see third party candidates and their impassioned supporters listed in secret government reports that call their allegiance into question and brand them as fanatics and extremists.
Senate committee hearings and official FBI documents further illustrate the mindset of our elected officials as they classify homeschoolers, gun rights activists and anti-abortionists as threats against the existing social and political order; by default creating an entire nation of radicals and revolutionaries - where everyone is a suspect... equally guilty until proven otherwise.
How has our government shown that they will deal with these people? The same way as every other totalitarian regime throughout history - marginalize their activities then lock them up. Prisons are being built; internment camps constructed and laws passed that deal severely with anyone who dares to step out of line or ask too many questions.
Who are the potential domestic terrorists that will end up in these camps?
Read the documentation for yourself and hear what our experts have to say. States rights take a front row seat in this new political thriller that is guaranteed to send shivers up your spine. Find out where the true power of the people rests in halting these treasonous activities NOW!
