Reader G asks:-       I would be very interested in seeing some independent reports about the Office of International Treasury Control. I only seek information. Are there any independent reports that support claims made by OITC, any newspaper or journal articles, government or academic statements? Can you cite any active projects in any nation that have been funded by OITC? Perhaps Whistleblower can help.

With respect to your self I have actually answered this question many times within several articles I have posted from the many hundreds I have posted over a substantial period of time on such boards as www.rumormillnews.com , www.fourwinds10.com and www.abundanthope.net plus many others who have literally copied them across.

If you don't mind I would rather not keep repeating myself on such subject matters but I will give a "straight to the point" answer, which should be supplemented by reading past articles.

The OITC is a "Sovereign Entity" as well as being the biggest Financial Institution in the world as owners of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility.

It is, unfortunately an entity that it shrouded in "Secrecy" but that fact alone has not prevented us from releasing and publishing important information which can be found on the OITC web site www.unoitc.org and within the articles I have posted over several years.

Based upon the above, you will not find any "government or academic statements" because of the level 3-5 International / UN Security Classification that applies. That is not to say that Governments and Academics do not know about the OITC. In fact many do but are held from disclosure to the public arena by the very "Secrecy" factor that they are also bound by.

A very similar situation applies to the "newspaper or journal articles". If Governments can not disclose and we can only disclose so much, or limited information, then what chance does any newspaper or journal publisher have in obtaining any official information, other than directly from us. Therefore no newspaper of journal will be able to publish anything, or if they do, you can be sure that unless it has come direct from us, then it is just supposition, conjecture, etc, to sell a story, which is their line of business.

Referring now to your point raised within your article, being "Can you cite any active projects in any nation that have been funded by OITC? Perhaps Whistleblower can help".

Under "Common Law" we do have to respect and abide by the "Law of Confidentiality". We will not, which is exactly the same as every other institution, corporation, government around the world, disclose information that is "private" between us and our client(s), unless they approve release of such information.

If I may ask at this juncture, "Would you publicly disclose your own private information, or would you expect your Government, doctor, dentist, psychiatrist, bank, finance company, or similar to disclose your "private" information for all and sundry to see. Personally, I wouldn't, because that is my business and my business alone and nothing to do with anyone else.

There are many such situations around the world that we would dearly like to disclose, but if the client, whether Government or Commercial, says NO, then NO it must be, irrespective of any requests for same from outsiders.

I can say to you and others, that we have found a "loop hole" in such restrictions. It is not a big one and it is something that must be handled carefully and in the right manner. Based upon this you and many others will, in the future, be able to actually see what you have requested, but exactly when in the future I can not say at this juncture because we need to be 100% certain that the "Loop Hole" can be utilized in and absolute legal manner without breaching any other laws of any country, or any "International Secrecy Laws".

It is not an easy situation and it is one that we do not condone, but it is something that protects the rights of every individual in the world, whereby we will abide with such matters where it may affect, or have an adverse effect on any individual person or party. This is something I am totally sure receives the fullest support of every reader here and on other boards. We are not the paparazzi, speculative journalists, gossip columnists, or just plain bloody minded individuals who release information for the sake of releasing information. We are a totally responsible "Sovereign Entity" and "Institution" that respects the rights of others.
