"The Greek taught intellectual liberalism leading to political freedom; Jesus taught spiritual liberalism leading to religious liberty. These two ideas put together constituted a new and mighty charter for human freedom; they presaged man's social, political and spiritual liberty."

Merged posts on purpose of this thread

I merged some posts together, but they didn't merge in order. Please do NOT post anything from any OTHER source in this thread run by Bee Gee. I will remove one that is not, so people are not tempted. And Bee Gee, PLEASe select a better font when posting them, its too small as they copy here. I suggest Verdana 3 but whichever you prefer as long as its larger. Some folks who never read any of the UB will probably have some troubles understanding them to some degree. Long readers of mine shouldn't have too much trouble with them.

These are also posted at the UB site everyday. Somebody working with the Urantia Foundation decides.www.urantia.org.

I occassionaly collect them from Brians thread on 8* and post them on forums and on our site, but I haven't collected them for sometime now. Brian as been placing them on 8* and the previous forum probably for up to 3 years now.

Books are not the WORD.. the HUMAN BEING IS THE WORD and when MAN UNDERSTANDS HIS HUMAN ROLE... as the WORD... this planet will come into glory.

“The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence.” “It is truth that liberates, not your effort to be free.” “The constant assertion of belief is an indication of fear.”
    Jiddu Krishnamurti

"The human race must become reconciled to a procession of changes, adjustments, and readjustments. Mankind is on the march toward a new and unrevealed planetary destiny."

"The Great Tao flows everywhere, to the left and to the right. All things depend on it to exist, and it does not abandon them. To its accomplishments it lays no claims. It loves and nourishes all things, but does not lord it over them." - Lao Tzu
